Audrey focuses her practice on advising insurers in a broad range of coverage disputes including construction defect, large loss, mass torts regarding pharmaceuticals and food products, sexual abuse, and environmental claims.

Her experience includes litigating matters in both state and federal court, as well as through traditional and Bermuda Form London arbitrations. Audrey also has significant experience litigating matters involving claims for defense and indemnity under liability policies, as well as property damage and business interruption under property policies. Audrey also counsels and represents insurers in claims or suits alleging bad faith and unfair claim settlement practices. She also defends insurers in suits alleging bad-faith under Florida law. Audrey represents and advises insurance companies through the duration of the life cycle of an insurance coverage dispute.

• Successfully defended a commercial property insurer in a lawsuit brought by a large construction company seeking replacement of several pieces of machinery and business interruption coverage, securing a complete dismissal of all claims on summary judgment.
