Ashley has over 6 years’ experience across a range of sectors including telecommunications, commercial landlord and tenants and retail.

He also has particular experience in matters concerning dilapidations, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, opposed & unopposed lease renewal claims, lease advisory matters, commercial rent arrears, possession claims and all aspects of telecommunications and the application of the electronic communications code.

• Landowners, operators and infrastructure providers on telecommunications and all aspects of the electronic communications code including strategy work, interpretation of the legislation and how it should be applied.

• Landlord and asset management clients (including those within the retail sector) in respect of complex or high value dilapidations claims, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices and opposed & unopposed lease renewal claims

He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
