- Advising NHS England on its role in the UK COVID-19 Inquiry, including strategic legal support, disclosure management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders in what is expected to be the largest public inquiry in UK history
- Advising the Department for Education on all aspects of their capital projects programme including site due diligence to support rebuilding, site acquisitions as part of the free school programme, and site disposals where sites are surplus to requirement
