The claim was dismissed after a contested trial, with findings that the tasks were not unergonomic and that the claimant’s case on medical causation was fundamentally flawed.
- KS v SP (2024) – Representing the defendant, a motorist, in a trial arising from a road traffic accident. Following being subject to cross-examination, the claimant discontinued her claim and agreed to pay costs to the defendant.
- ANC – JGK (2024) – Advising on prospects and drafted particulars of claim for an insurer client seeking to recover substantial losses following property damage caused by an escape of water. The matter ultimately resulted in a significant settlement being secured from the at-fault third party.
- P v W (2024) – Successfully defending a local authority at trial against a wide-ranging claim brought by a disgruntled councillor. The claim alleged multiple breaches of the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, including the alleged use of covert recordings.
