Biografía
Gemma specialises in all aspects of land acquisition and development for clients including Bellway, Vistry, Ilke, Crest, and Taylor Wimpey, as well as specialist build-to-rent and affordable housing providers. Her advice covers site assembly acquisition, option agreements and conditional contracts, overage, joint ventures, promotion, and collaboration agreements.
Gemma joined the firm in 2003 as a trainee and was admitted to the partnership in 2015.
