Duncan manages the defence of a broad portfolio of litigated and pre-action matters, including over/under-valuation claims against valuers, defects claims against surveyors, professional negligence claims involving personal injury against property managers, alleged negligent advisory work by construction professionals, and allegations of impropriety against directors and officers in their professional capacities. 

Relevant experience includes:

• As a part of a team, assisting the defence of an international firm of surveyors and valuers regarding £100 million plus portfolio of claims related to a set of alleged overvaluations

• Advising on the defence of surveyors in relation to historic building restoration and alleged defects

• Advising on a set of claims related to a medical professional and director brought incorrectly in the County and Administrative Courts
