  • Biography

    Rebecca advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, with a keen interest in restructures, re-organisations, and TUPE. 

    Rebecca regularly advises on contractual matters, complex and sensitive disciplinary and grievance matters, senior management negotiations and exists, also undertaking complex tribunal claims, such as discrimination and whistleblowing, for both commercial clients and EPL insurer clients. 

    Rebecca's main clients are large corporates and EPL insurers, and has particular experience with working with clients in the food and beverage and retail sectors. 

    Featured experience:

    Rebecca qualified in 2014 and joined DAC Beachcroft in January 2023. 

    • Providing TUPE and collective consultation advice in relation to offshoring for a global restaurant chain 
    • Providing complex strategic advice and guidance to a courier service provider involving TUPE, collective redundancies and changes to terms and conditions, including advising on information and consultation obligations and associated documentation 
    • Representing a charity respondent in a complex whistleblowing claim negotiating a successful settlement including complex pension and tax considerations 
    • Undertaking project management for a cross-discipline and bespoke detailed audit for a global client in relation to a sensitive gap analysis, providing associated support on remedial and preventative action
