Morgan advises insurance carriers on coverage matters from initial evaluation through resolution, including risk transfer through tender demands and additional insured claims. She has experience in U.S. state and federal courts, as well as multidistrict litigation.

Morgan previously worked at law firms in New York City where she counselled clients on general liability and professional liability claims. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial clerk, where she facilitated mediations on a regular basis and drafted opinions in a range of civil matters.
