Biography
Michael specialises in acting for local and national housebuilders in respect of a range of matters arising during the course of residential developments. His advice and assistance includes site set up, plot sales, infrastructure agreements, management agreements, and other ancillary matters arising before, during and after plot sales.
Michael’s featured experience includes:
- Overseeing a large volume of infrastructure agreements for a number of housebuilder clients, with those agreements serving developments ranging from a handful of units to complex joint-developer schemes encompassing hundreds of units over multiple phases
- Advising and acting for a housebuilder in all aspects of their early developments, including site identification, site acquisition, site set up, plot sales, and post-sales matters
