  • Biography

    Megan regularly advises on grievance, capability and disciplinary procedures, international employment projects (including global RIFs, complex discrimination and whistleblowing disputes), terminations, TUPE transfers, and corporate transactions. Her practice spans the full range of HR advisory work. 

    She also has experience in employment tribunal litigation relating to complex and reputationally important employment status claims as well as discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims.  

    Megan has experience of working in-house on secondment for two large clients. She is known for her clear, pragmatic advice and her ability to build strong client relationships.
