Martha has worked on some of the largest commercial property transactions in recent years, acting for both domestic and international clients. 

Martha’s experience includes acting on acquisitions and disposals of a range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and PRS. 

Martha has particularly strong experience in landlord and tenant matters, having acted for several institutional investors on their day-to-day property portfolio management and having also acted for several multi-national tenants in taking leases in Ireland. 

Martha’s other experience includes acting in portfolio acquisitions and disposals, property finance, corporate sales, and development transactions.
