Biography
Malcolm is a non-contentious construction lawyer with experience advising on the full lifecycle of construction and development projects. He specialises in drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction-related agreements, including building contracts and consultant appointments.
Malcolm has advised clients on complex and high-profile developments, including large-scale urban regeneration schemes and flagship commercial projects. He has extensive experience advising on forward fundings, forward purchases, construction aspects of agreements for leases, and facility agreements.

- Advising a global investment fund on the forward funding and delivery of a major purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in central Bristol, comprising over 800 beds and forming part of a strategic regeneration framework, including asset financing following practical completion
- Advising a later living operator on the forward purchase and delivery of a premium retirement living scheme within a major mixed-use regeneration development in central London
