Karl has extensive experience in advising managers and investors on the structuring, establishment, and investment into joint ventures, structured real estate transactions, and investment funds (including real estate, debt, infrastructure, energy and PE funds). He acts for a number of national and international clients including fund managers, family offices, developers, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth funds.  

Karl has particular experience in real estate sectors including student accommodation, office, hotels, and build-to-rent.
