Greg’s focus is on asset management work both for large commercial landlords and retail tenants. He also has extensive experience of sales, acquisitions, and corporate support work. Greg has worked on secondment and also spent time working as a lawyer overseas. 

Greg has over 15 years’ experience in advising clients across a range of sectors including the retail, transport, healthcare, and office sectors. 

Greg’s relevant experience includes: 

• Advising a large institutional landlord acquiring a property in London’s Bond Street for £16m, including securing vacant possession from the existing tenant and advising on a related agreement for an extensive refurbishment of the building in connection with a new letting to a luxury retail brand 

• Acting on a £63m freehold disposal of a mixed-use asset comprising office, six residential flats and a large retail unit on London’s Oxford Street 

• Co-ordinating a team advising a large transport client in connection with its acquisition of seven properties from an operator that was exiting the Cornwall area. The properties comprised a range of uses from bus stations and depots to turning circles and driver rest areas, and were a mix of leaseholds and registered and unregistered freehold properties.
