Gillian has extensive healthcare litigation experience, with over 25 years of experience in clinical negligence claims. She worked for claimants and their families for over 17 years, before moving into defendant work 10 years ago.  

Gillian mainly deals with high-value brain injury cases, often involving injuries sustained at or around the time of birth. She has extensive experience in mediations which frequently result in early settlements with substantial cost savings for all parties.

She also supports NHS trusts in undertaking investigations and in improving patient safety. She also regularly provides training in all aspects of litigation and the inquest process.
