Biography
Charlotte is a Partner in DAC Beachcroft's Insurance Advisory team and leads the firm's digital insurance offering. She is a digital and commercial insurance lawyer who advises insurers, intermediaries, and insurtech businesses on the legal, contractual and governance frameworks that support modern insurance operations, distribution, and innovation.
Charlotte specialises in complex commercial arrangements, including outsourcing and technology platform agreements, delegated underwriting and claims handling arrangements, distribution models, white-labelled products, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation programmes. Her practice is distinguished by its breadth across commercial contracting, technology, AI, data protection, and information governance, enabling her to advise on the full range of legal and regulatory issues arising from digital business models.
