Biography
Lawyer specialising in constitutional law and civil liability, with particular interests in human rights. From 2019 to 2024, worked in the Mexican Supreme Court, handling a wide range of matters related to amparo proceedings. Possesses in-depth knowledge of binding judicial precedents issued by both Mexican and international courts.
Also has experience in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in complex proceedings involving government entities.

- Currently serving as a Junior Associate in the Claims area at DAC Beachcroft’s Mexico City office, focusing on the analysis of coverage on large and complex claims in various areas such as Property, Civil Liability, Casualty and Government related liability, out-of-court negotiations, and the management of government-related claims.
- Representation of insurers in complex claims, successfully negotiating satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved and securing fair indemnities.
- Representation of reinsurers and insurers in international arbitration awards concerning matters such as product warranties, retirement savings schemes, and financial issues.
- Advised a state-owned energy entity in Mexico on claims handling, settlement, and strategic matters on behalf of Reinsurers, as well as overall account management across multiple Years of Account. This involved close liaison with both Reinsurers and relevant Insurance Companies.
