International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to confirm the results of its latest elections to its LLP Group Board.
London-based Insurance partner Patrick Hill and Bristol-based Corporate partner James Reed have both been re-elected to second three-year terms on the Board, while London-based Data & Privacy partner Jade Kowalski has been elected for the first time. Jade succeeds Udara Ranasinghe, who steps down from the Board after serving two terms.
Led by Senior Partner Ben Daniels, DAC Beachcroft's LLP Group Board is the firm's senior governing body, responsible for setting and monitoring the strategic direction of the business.
Commenting on the election results, Ben Daniels said, "I'm delighted that Patrick and James have been re-elected to the Board and very pleased to welcome Jade as a new Board member. All three bring considerable experience and different perspectives to the Board, and I know they will make important contributions as we continue to deliver the firm's strategy and ambitions for the future.
"I would also like to thank Udara for the significant contribution he has made during his time on the Board. His insight, judgement and commitment to the firm have been greatly valued, and we are very grateful for his dedication and hard work."
Other members of DACB's ten-strong Board are Managing Partner Helen Faulkner, Chief Financial Officer Claire Chellam and Member-elected partners Lisa Broderick and Marcus Campbell. The Board also counts Non-Executive Directors Ian Starkey and Kathryn Bishop as members.
