International law firm DAC Beachcroft has advised Ben Oldman’s Shared Opportunities Fund on the financing of a prominent London private members’ club.
The DACB team advising on the transaction was led by partner Chris Wall, supported by legal director Andrew Hollier and solicitor Danielle Kendall. Partner Julian Feiner advised on tax, while partners Steven Pitchford, Michael Pearce and Andrew Allan-Jones led on the real estate, corporate and IP aspects respectively.
