Zoe is experienced in:
- Prosecuting and defending a broad range of criminal offences
- Representing participants at high profile and complex fatal accident inquiries
- Advising those subject to local authority, HSE, and other regulatory enforcement
- Attending with clients at police/regulator interviews and advising on written responses to requests for information
- Representing duty holders in the challenge of enforcement notices at Tribunal
- Providing bespoke training to companies on legal issues relevant to their industry
- Defending clients across a range of sectors including agriculture, retail, hospitality, transport, logistics, manufacturing, construction, custodial services, public sector, and charitable organisations
