Malena's practice focuses on advising clients in all types of litigation, both national and international. Malena represents clients in litigation before Spanish courts at all levels and in various jurisdictions.

• Advising manufacturers in respect of the safety issues and product liability claims in Spain (this includes automobiles, industrial equipment, motorbikes and household appliances)
• Providing construction and liability advice in construction/engineering matters
• Advising on matters related to the operation and maintenance of power plants, concerning contractual issues of EPC contracts, coverage, and liability
• Managing litigation of defective product matters and liability of gas suppliers, mainly related to explosions or similar incidents, as well as litigation in certain criminal cases to defend the insurer in connection with civil liability claims
