During her time at the firm, Jenna has managed a team acting for a leading insurer, overseeing their claims outsource and ensuring quality and market leading service delivery, as well as advising insurers and their insureds on legal, practical, and commercial matters.
Jenna now specialises in construction and engineering disputes. She is well versed in resolving disputes through various forms of ADR, including mediation. Jenna applies her extensive claims management experience to advise insurers and their insureds on resolving a range of construction disputes in the pre-action protocol and litigation process. Jenna also advises insurers on policy coverage.
