Over the course of a week, you’ll immerse yourself in our collaborative culture, work alongside our teams, and take part in activities designed to develop your skills and understanding of the legal profession.

What to Expect
During the week, you’ll:
- Spend time in two different teams, gaining exposure to a variety of practice areas.
- Work on real tasks that mirror those of our trainees and apprentices, giving you a genuine insight into life at DAC Beachcroft.
- Take part in a group project, designed to develop your teamwork, research, and presentation skills.
- Attend networking sessions, roundtables with trainees and apprentices, and development workshops.
- Learn about routes to qualification and explore the different career paths available within the firm.
- Have the chance to complete an assessment day to secure a future role at DACB.
Our schedule is structured to balance hands-on experience with opportunities to learn and connect.
