With effect from 1 May 2026, DAC Beachcroft has been authorised by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to operate in Ireland as a limited liability partnership.

The firm continues as the same legal entity, but will be known officially as DAC Beachcroft Ireland LLP. The provisions of the Partnership Act 1890 continue to apply, except as modified by the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015

Subject to certain exceptions, the LLP's partners will not have personal liability for any debts, liabilities or obligations incurred in carrying on the business of the LLP. Any debt, liability or obligation of the LLP may be enforced against the property of the LLP.

We continue to maintain the same levels of professional indemnity insurance, and our contractual arrangements are unaffected.

Getting to us

DAC Beachcroft is in the city centre, a short walk from Baggot Street. We are close to Grand Canal Dock station, Lansdowne Road station, and bus stops near the office that travel in and out of the city.
