  • Renters Rights Act 2025 – an update on the current position and upcoming changes
  • Surveillance cameras on site: Maintaining your focus on the law - this session will look at some of the key legal challenges relating to deploying emerging technologies in combination with surveillance cameras on sites - whether it is ANPR cameras or facial recognition technology enabled CCTV, we will offer some top tips on how to ensure that these technologies can be used in a manner that doesn’t fall foul of the law
  • Boundaries – we look at another case in a series of cases around boundary agreements, how they may be created and when a binding agreement may arise
  • Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill – a high level review of the government's proposed reform which represents "one of the most significant overhauls of property law in decades." The proposed changes will have an impact on residential development and mixed use acquisitions, real estate finance, site set up, plot and conveyancing documentation and due diligence, HMLR & Companies House process and conveyancing process. It will also impact on existing residential or mixed-use leasehold blocks and development that is currently being brought forward (mixed or residential)
