Sandra operates across various sectors in the firm with dispute resolution, including the health and insurance sectors. She has particular expertise in D&O (Directors and Officers) liability insurance claims, having undertaken a seven-month secondment with AIG UK Ltd during 2021 in their London Complex Claims Financial Institutions and D&O Team. 

In addition to her English practice as a commercial disputes resolution lawyer, Sandra is part of the firm’s German Desk, which provides tailored legal advice to German, Austrian, and Swiss businesses in the countries DACB operates in and also assists businesses from those countries with legal issues in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Sandra deals with a wide spectrum of work from German corporates, individuals, and professionals with English law issues and English clients with German law issues, spanning across all sectors and specialist areas within the firm. 

Due to her background, Sandra has an authentic and nuanced understanding of both UK and German business practices and culture. This gives her immediate credibility with German clients and their legal advisers and enables highly effective cross-border communication.
