DAC Beachcroft strengthens Commercial Disputes practice with senior hire

Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has appointed Paul Brehony as a partner in its Commercial Disputes practice in London.

Previously a partner at Signature Litigation which followed 10 years as a partner at Stewarts, Paul specialises in complex, multi-jurisdictional banking, commercial, fraud and insolvency-related disputes. With almost 30 years of experience, he has advised on some of the largest and highest profile banking cases and insolvencies of recent times, including Kaupthing, Sa'ad and Stanford International Bank.

His broad client base includes many leading accountancy firms, as well as individuals and corporates across a range of specialist industry sectors.
