For over 20 years, Will has represented lawyers, law firms, and their insurers, protecting reputations and resolving disputes, both in civil claims and regulatory actions. 

Will has also defended high value claims for insurance brokers, company directors and accountants.

Will joined DACB from another large, international firm, where he was a founding partner of its office in Bristol. 

Will's relevant experience includes:

• Brearley v Higgs & Sons [2021] – Successfully defending a £40m loss of chance claim, after a five-week High Court trial 

• Lennon & Ors v Englefield & Ors [2021] EWHC 1473: Successfully defending a claim against solicitors based on scope of duty argument 

• Advising a boutique London firm on a £10m claim by a high-net-worth property investor 

• Giambrone litigation: Acting for defendant Italian RELs in large scale buyer-funded development claims in Belfast and London, and connected SDT prosecution
