Tony is an associate in the aviation team in London, advising insurers, reinsurers, and operators on complex aviation and aerospace disputes. His practice spans multi-jurisdictional airline work, including claims arising from aircraft damage and subrogated recoveries, as well as passenger injury and loss claims under the Montreal Convention, including baggage-related issues.
He also has experience in cargo matters, including charter agreements, damage, and delay, and routinely works with clients to identify commercial solutions alongside legal strategies. Tony also has experience in handling general aviation (GA) losses involving both hull damage and passenger injury or fatality as well as providing coverage advice for aviation and aerospace insurers and reinsurers.
