Josh represents insurers in complex matters arising under both primary and excess policies. He advises clients throughout the claims process, including preparing coverage position letters, evaluating defense and indemnity obligations, analyzing policy language, and researching emerging coverage issues across multiple jurisdictions.

His practice includes matters involving commercial general liability, environmental and pollution claims, cyber and privacy risks, and other specialty insurance products. Josh regularly analyzes complex factual and legal issues involving high-exposure claims, emerging risks, and evolving policy language, providing practical guidance to assist clients in making informed coverage determinations.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh served as a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. His clerkship experience provided extensive exposure to complex commercial litigation, federal civil procedure, dispositive motion practice, and judicial decision-making, which continues to inform his approach to coverage analysis and litigation strategy.
