Craig Dickson is Chief Executive of DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group, a Director of DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited and a member of the DAC Beachcroft Group Executive Board.

DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group includes DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited, in England and Wales, and DAC Beachcroft Scotland LLP.

Craig has worked in the legal and insurance industries for over twenty years and prior to becoming Chief Executive of the DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group was DAC Beachcroft's Head of Motor.

Craig regularly presents at industry events and has contributed to many articles and thought leadership pieces on various claims and legal subjects.   Craig was the architect of the DAC Beachcroft Claims Ltd’s "iBAT" (intelligence and behavioural analysis toolkit) data solution and, more recently, led the launch of the DAC Beachcroft “Innovations Lab” research and development function.
