Annie has over 10 years’ experience in corporate and commercial work. Before joining DAC Beachcroft, Annie practised in Hong Kong and has extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, corporate governance, Hong Kong listed companies’ compliance, and other general commercial matters. 

Annie speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She has considerable experience in advising Chinese state-owned and private enterprises and handling cross border transactions.
