DACBe Claims Ready Series: An Introduction to Policy Coverage
This will be the first in our DACBe Claims Ready Series, a claims training and peer-to-peer networking series, aimed at those who are new to claims handling or would welcome a refresher on topics including:
- How to approach analysis of policy coverage
- Fair presentation and proportionate remedies
- Operation of insuring clauses
- Handling notification of claims and circumstances effectively
- Aggregation
- Tips on reserving your rights
The session will enable you to develop your knowledge of key coverage issues and will give you an opportunity to ask our insurance lawyers any questions that you have. We hope that the DACBe Claims Ready Series will also enable you to meet others in the industry and to build your professional network.
