Lucy Grivvell acts for a wide range of commercial clients including FTSE 100 companies, SMEs, high net worth individuals, and a range of public bodies in a wide variety of contentious matters.

She has a broad practice with extensive experience advising on large scale and complex disputes, ranging from contractual disputes - such as international agency agreements and distribution agreements - to shareholders' disputes, IT disputes and fraud. Also, Lucy regularly advises clients on reputation management including defamation, harassment, privacy and misuse of confidential information and data protection. She also assists clients in protecting their intellectual property rights, particularly in relation to trademarks, design rights and passing off. She regularly obtains injunctions in the work that she does.

Lucy is a skilled litigator with broad experience of managing commercial disputes in all areas of the civil courts as well as through arbitration, adjudication and mediation. She has also undertaken a substantial amount of advocacy work in professional disciplinary proceedings.
