As well as managing a team of lawyers, Poonam is the Recoveries Client Account Manager for four key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery. She oversees client reporting and drives outstanding results through strategic negotiations and the implementation of our innovative models.  

In her leadership role, Poonam manages and mentors a team of lawyers specialising in diverse perils, with expertise extending to travel recoveries. Her commitment to professional development is demonstrated by achieving a distinction in the CMI Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification. 

Beyond her core responsibilities, Poonam actively contributes to the Operations Excellence Network, focusing on improving efficiency and promoting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. She played a pivotal role in the innovative AiDAN project, providing critical support and technical legal input throughout its development.
