He regularly acts for NHS bodies, central government departments, arm's length bodies, universities and academy trusts, and local authorities in high profile and complex litigation before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

- Successfully obtaining a multi-million pound settlement on behalf of a supplier in a procurement challenge brought against the Secretary of State for Education
- Acting for the defendant in proceedings that reached the Supreme Court concerning the nature of mandatory relief in judicial review proceedings: R (on the application of Imam) (Respondent) v London Borough of Croydon (Appellant)
