Kirstie has over 20 years of experience handling professional negligence claims, with a particular focus on defending solicitors, law firms, and insurance brokers. She has acted for a diverse range of clients, from sole practitioners to leading national firms, and has extensive experience managing claims of varying complexity and value, including large-scale, high-volume matters.
In addition, Kirstie has represented surveyors, valuers, accountants, educational institutions, and other professionals in relation to negligence claims. She also advises insurers on coverage issues, drawing on her broad understanding of both liability and policy considerations.
Kirstie has achieved numerous successful outcomes at trial and is a strong advocate of alternative dispute resolution. She adopts a pragmatic and flexible approach, tailoring her strategy to the specific circumstances and objectives of each case.
