Kate provides advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues.

She has a particular interest in brand protection issues encompassing trade mark infringement, passing off, online brand management and domain name disputes. She has acted for household names in proceedings in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the High Court. 

Also, Kate assists clients with commercialisation of their intellectual property. She has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating IP licensing deals, including those with museums, galleries, sporting bodies and broadcasting and media organisations.
