Gemma has experience in handling complex and catastrophic personal injury claims, arising from road traffic accidents (both domestic and overseas), medical negligence abroad, sporting accidents, claims brought under the Athens Convention, sickness outbreaks, legionnaires disease, terrorism and package travel claims.

Gemma has experience acting for both Claimants and Defendants. Gemma has previously undertaken a secondment at a large Tour Operator, assisting with the management of the in-house claims team and the investigation of large loss claims.
