Deborah's career has combined legal practice with leadership roles, enabling her to bring both legal insight and commercial perspective to complex business challenges. She has advised clients across a range of sectors on legal, regulatory, and liability-related issues. 

In addition to her legal background, Deborah has worked with executive teams to develop market strategy, enhance client engagement, build thought leadership programmes, and navigate the changing commercial and regulatory landscape affecting their businesses. 

Before joining DAC Beachcroft, Deborah served as a Director and previously Head of Corporate and Public Affairs at another international law firm, where she led strategic initiatives spanning business development, client relationships, reputation, and organisational change.
