David Pollitt was Managing Partner of DAC Beachcroft LLP for ten years, stepping down from the role in late 2025. 

Before becoming Managing Partner, David was head of the firm's market-leading Insurance sector for six years and acted on some of the most significant international insurance litigation and multi-jurisdictional disputes of the last two decades. 

His practice covers the full range of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on complex commercial disputes, banking litigation, regulatory investigations, professional indemnity insurance litigation, D&O insurance claims, warranty claims, and shareholder disputes.
