Claire is an Associate in the Real Estate team based in Leeds and is part of the set-up team supporting residential development projects. 

She works with developers and housebuilders on the legal set-up of residential sites, preparing and reviewing the documentation required to facilitate plot sales. Claire advises on a range of matters including development documentation, title reviews, plot sale arrangements, and estate management provisions, helping to ensure developments are structured effectively from the outset. 

Claire works closely with clients, plot sales teams, and other stakeholders to resolve legal queries and support the smooth progression of transactions. She is committed to providing practical, commercially focused advice and helping clients deliver successful sales programmes efficiently and effectively.

• Advising on the legal set-up of complex residential developments, including sites subject to collaboration agreements and wider estate service charge schemes 

• Supporting developers on residential sites involving SAB and SuDS adoption arrangements 

• Preparing legal documentation to facilitate plot sales programmes, including plot transfers, estate management documentation, and title packs 

• Assisting developers and plot sales teams with the resolution of title, development, and estate management queries to support the smooth progression of plot sales
