Biography
Charlotte specialises in integration within the NHS and between the NHS and independent providers. She advises on complex and major health projects, including outsourcing arrangements.
Charlotte is currently working on various projects related to the NHS 10 Year Health Plan, integrated care models and contractual structures for NHS organisations, local authorities, and the independent sector. She advises on complex and innovative models, include outcomes-based arrangements, prime and alliance contracting, and the development collaborative models.
