Fernando is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2006, specialising in civil liability law, damages law, and insurance and reinsurance law. He has extensive experience in advising insurance companies in all their service lines, mainly in claims management, complex litigation, and arbitration.
He has broad knowledge in establishing strategies and representing insurers and reinsurers in all types of administrative and judicial procedures, locally and internationally.
He joined DAC Beachcroft Argentina in 2023, having previously worked for leading local law firms in Argentina.
