OUR TEAM

Barry Reynolds leads the employment team in DAC Beachcroft Dublin. The team includes senior associate Aisling Parkinson, associate Sinead Egan and solicitor Chris Ryan.

Our team specializes in providing pragmatic and commercial solutions to employment issues, from the day to day contractual matters and statutory protections to strategic and collective matters.

We regularly defend businesses in the Workplace Relations Commission and Courts.

The team has in depth experience of numerous sectors, including: financial services, public sector, regulated/representative entities, information technology and telecoms, retail and hospitality, logistics, health and social care, aviation and real estate businesses.

We provide a bespoke Irish service. We also seamlessly advise on international projects as part of the 80 strong employment and immigration team within our international firm.

• advising across multiple sectors on the pandemic, from cost management to innovative ways of working and managing all employment risks
• advisor to leading telecommunications company in relation to major employee change projects and business transfers as well as day to day employment issues
