Our commercial litigation and dispute resolution team specialises in advising domestic and international clients in relation to a wide range of commercial disputes with particular expertise in the areas of corporate, property, financial and insurance disputes. The team has extensive experience in advising on complex, high profile litigation.
The Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is led by Location Head Lisa Broderick and partner Rowena McCormack. Together with senior associate Julie-Anne Binchy, the team includes associate, Charlotte Burke and solicitor, David Freeman.
