What we do

We work at every point of the real estate development cycle, from conception to sale, for companies whose property assets are at the heart of the business. We work for public and private sector clients in the UK and international organisations, particularly those in Asia Pacific. With 170 lawyers we are one of the largest Real Estate legal teams in the UK. Our extensive network gives us national, regional and local knowledge and access.

We work in an integrated national practice, with dedicated Residential and Plots and Commercial Real Estate groups. We have specialists teams in Planning and Environment, Construction and Engineering and Litigation; also in Portfolio Management, a team that focuses on process facilitated activities. This structure, combined with our breadth and depth and extensive use of technology, ensures we can deliver the right service at the right price.

Our Commercial Real Estate specialists work with developers, investors, local authorities and frequently apply their knowledge on mixed use developments; increasingly on schemes to re-invigorate and repurpose town and city centres. Other areas of specialism include Healthcare and Logistics.

Our Residential team works with the country’s leading housebuilders, specialist developers on PRS, later life living and student accommodation.

Our PropTech team brings together our expertise in both real estate and technology, helping shape the development of new applications and supporting their integration.
