Zoe specialises in all areas of employment law.

She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across diverse sectors such as financial services, consumer goods, insurance, health and social care (both public and independent sector).

Zoe advises on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law from executive hires and disputes, complex discrimination and whistleblowing issues, practical management of significant TUPE transfers and large scale reorganisations, and successful defence of Employment Tribunal claims. Zoe’s expert experience in her field and sectors ensure that she is able to provide practice and commercial solutions for her clients. Zoe is regularly asked to provide specialist training to clients.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• A global consumer goods client in the successful defence of a complex whistleblowing claim with multi-jurisdictional issues heard over 3 weeks where the claimant was seeking in excess of £1.5 million in compensation.
• An NHS Trust on the exit of an Executive Director after allegations of bullying and harassment were made about the individual during a period of absence from the business.
• A national commercial client on numerous TUPE transfers, both as transferor and transferee, including advising on employee transfer issues, information and consultation requirements, drafting and negotiating relevant clauses and providing strategic advice.
