Susan Ford

Susan is Head of Knowledge and leads a team of Information Specialists who provide legal and market intelligence research to the firm.

She sits on the Steering Committee for the “Innovation Lab” in the firm’s Claims Solutions Group and is a member of the firm’s Business Improvement & Change Steering Group which scrutinises and prioritises strategic projects and investment in digital solutions. She also chairs the firm’s Knowledge & Innovation Group.

Susan is also a member of the firm’s in-house Practice Government & Risk team and advises the business on a wide range of regulatory, risk and compliance issues.
