Stefan specialises in advising in relation to corporate criminal investigations and defending prosecutions brought by regulatory agencies, such as the Health and Safety Executive, local authorities and police.

Stefan has acted for Plc and FTSE 100 companies, as well as SMEs and individuals across various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, transport, retail and leisure. He regularly provides initial advice and support in the immediate aftermath of major incidents, including incident investigation, executive board briefings, the instruction of appropriate industry experts, legal representation at interviews under caution and advocacy work at Magistrates' Court.

Stefan also represents companies and organisations facing coroner's inquests as a result of fatal accidents at work or being associated with work related activity, guiding them through the process and providing representation at the inquest.

He also delivers bespoke training workshops and mock trials for clients as an effective way to encourage cultural change and compliance in health and safety processes.
